Return Policy

Discount Fabrics USA offers first quality designer and commercial grade fabrics from some of the industry’s most recognized and respected names. All of our products are inspected by highly trained fabric specialists before they are shipped to you.

The industry defines first quality fabrics as a fabric with no more than 5 major flaws per fifty yards. We have a much stricter definition: a Discount Fabrics USA 1st quality fabric will have no more than five minor flaws per fifty yards. A minor flaw can be a slub, a pull, a missed-stitch; something that won't interfere with your use of the material.

When you purchase a fabric from us, we cut the quantity you require from a bolt of fabric. Because of this process, we do not accept returns. Please notice that we offer samples of practically every cut yardage fabric in our inventory. Samples are definitely the way to go if you want to make sure that the fabric you see on the website is right for your application.

Discount Fabrics USA will not accept any returns on cut yardage orders because the color is not right. Please, order samples first.

There are a few exceptions to our return policy, they are as follows:

1. Discount Fabrics USA guarantees that the fabric is 1st quality. If the fabric is defective we will accept it back and fully refund the purchase price.

2. Discount Fabrics USA may accept returns of cut yardage orders over 25 yards. Returns of this type must be authorized and a store credit of the purchase price of the fabric minus our shipping cost will issued.

3. Discount Fabrics USA will accept Exotic Remnants for a refund if received within 14 days of delivery.
